Faith and Fitness
Join  Beachbody Coach, Jackie Falcone as she pursues her own goals of putting Faith and then fitness as priorities in her life. We all know that life can overwhelm us and we can lose our focus. However, when we put God first and then take the time to exercise and make healthy choices, we are better prepared to face the demands of the day head on!  This group will meet on Saturday mornings.  The first half hour will be a devotional time, followed by 30 minutes of intense exercise! All fitness levels are welcome all you need is the desire to follow God and get fit!

This group meets in HOPE’s Activity Space at 7:30am, beginning January 9.
