We’ll See You There!

Registration for the walk is now closed. You can still sign-up on Saturday morning before the walk and receive a hat and a string bag.

We’re going to be hitting the road on Saturday, October 24 for a commemorative walk shoe-printscelebrating 25 years as a faith community.

Did you know we spent nine of those years in rented facilities? Worshiping in two different schools, those years were important ones as we chose to focus first on growing a community before constructing a building.

The HOPE on the ROAD commemorative walk will begin at Eastern Regional High School, where we worshiped for seven years, and end at our church campus. (Due to safety issues, Signal Hill Elementary School, our first worship location, could not be included as part of the two-mile route.) Registration begins at 9am down at The Meeting Place and then we’ll bus walkers over to the high school to begin the walk.

“I love the fact that it’s going to put a large number of HOPE people out in the street bearing witness to both our past and our present,” Jeff Bills, HOPE’s lead pastor said. “The more of us wearing our orange official HOPE on the ROAD t-shirts who join in the walk, the more powerful a witness we’ll be to others.”

Adults: $10, Families: $30, Children ages 5-12: $5, Toddlers 4 and under: Free.

After the walk, the fun will continue at HOPE’s Annual Fall Festival! Lots of food, a DJ and plenty of activities for the entire family including a petting zoo, moon bounce, inflatable slides, games, crafts, prizes and much, much more. Click here to purchase tickets. 4 Tickets: $1, 26 Tickets: $5, 60 Tickets: 410 and
130 Tickets: $20.

So mark your calendars and be sure to be a part of this important time in the life of our church!
