Monday Morning Yoga 9:15-10:15am
Want to incorporate more self-care into your routine? Yoga can help prevent osteoporosis, help relieve joint back and neck pain, strengthen the muscles you use in everyday activities and increase your mind/body awareness.. Come stretch, strengthen and relax with us! Friends welcome. No yoga experience necessary. All with a Christian focus! Bring water and a mat. $100 for 4 months (Sept – Dec) or $10 per class.
Led by Jen Parks, yoga starts back up again Monday, September 11th in the chapel, from 9:15 to 10:15am.
Childcare is available for a small fee, please contact Michelle to secure your child’s spot.
This group is led by Jen Parks and meets Monday mornings in the Chapel.
