What does it mean to be an emotionally healthy woman? How do we approach our relationships, jobs, families and faith in a truly God honoring way?  Join Heather Mandala and Christine Graves as they dive into Geri Scazzero’s book and wrestle with the things we have to quit to become healthy.

When you quit for the right reasons, at the right time, and in the right way, you’re on the path not only to emotional health, but also to the true purpose of your life.

Sessions include:

  1. Quit Being Afraid of What Others Think
  2. Quit Lying
  3. Quit Dying to the Wrong Things
  4. Quit Denying Anger, Sadness and Fear
  5. Quit Blaming
  6. Quit Overfunctioning
  7. Quit Faulty Thinking
  8. Quit Living Someone Else’s Life

This group will meet Thursday nights 7-8:30 beginning on July 7 – August 25.  Both the book and workbook are needed so please register in advance and be sure to purchase your own copy or let us know and we can order it for you.
