Technical Arts

Whenever we gather all together at HOPE for worship, there are many people behind the scenes who assist and help our gatherings to be inspiring, dynamic and seamless.  These technical artists are essential to our times of worship and teaching.  They include all support and direction for audio, lighting, visual and stage crew areas.  We also provide training for each of these areas, so even though having prior experience is always cool, it is not a requirement.

Audio Tech

If you like to listen to music and technology doesn’t intimidate you, this could be the ministry for you. We are looking for people who enjoy good sound and have a desire to learn how to make the sound the best it can be.  Don’t let all those buttons and knobs scare you – we do on the job training!   Each team serves once a month on a Sunday from 8 a.m. until after the 10:30 a.m. service with an evening weeknight rehearsal.

Visual Tech

Visual Tech Teams serve once a month from 8:00 a.m. until after the 10:30 service and run all the lighting, video, computer and multi-media presentations during the worship services.  If you appreciate how lighting can enhance a moment or simply enjoy operating the video and computer equipment this team is for you.
