Lead 101

Hope’s Youth Ministry has a program for committed students in 7th-12th grade. Our vision is for these students to be embodying the values of Hope Youth by: welcoming, connecting, and serving others.

(Any student in 9th-12th grades are welcome to apply. Students in 7th & 8th grades must be invited to apply to the program. )

Lead 101: First Time Student

Is this your first time applying for Lead 101? You’ll need to complete all of the steps below by NOVEMBER 4, 2018! Only completed applications will be considered for the program.

1) Apply! Make sure your application is ORANGE and says “First Time Student.”

2) Sign up for an interview time. Interviews are on November 11, 2018.

3) Find a Mentor! Have them follow the instructions on the mentor section of this page. Not sure who to ask? Click HERE for some advice on how to find a mentor.

4) Pay for the program. Cost for the year is $100 and covers the Lead 101 Retreat in January and all materials for the year. You can pay by check or online using the button below!

5) Save the dates! Click on the “Important Documents” button below, print them out, and hang them somewhere you’ll see them!

Lead 101: Returning Student

Did you serve in Lead 101 last year? Reapply here! You’ll need to complete all of the steps below by NOVEMBER 4, 2018! Only completed applications will be considered for the program.

1) Reapply! Make sure your application is BLUE and says “Returning Student.”

2) Have your mentor reapply. Have them follow the instructions on the mentor section of this page. Thinking you’d like a different mentor? Contact Ashley and she can help you with that process.

3) Pay for the program. Cost for the year is $100 and covers the Lead 101 Retreat in January and all materials for the year. You can pay by check or online using the button below!

Lead 101: Mentor

Has a student asked you to become or continue as his/her mentor? Great! Thank you for offering up some of your time to invest in the life of a young person. It will not be wasted! Please click the button below and complete a mentor application. Make sure to complete the page that says Lead 101 Mentor as part of the application! All mentors must complete this application on a yearly basis, even if you are continuing with the same student.
