HOPE Cares
A safe place to land for individuals navigating grief, illness, isolation, major transitions, and crisis. HOPE Cares offers supportive phone calls and visitations from trained volunteers, pastoral care support, and specialty groups to help individuals find the community support they need.
HOPE CARES OFFERINGS:
At HOPE, we know the need for community is real. Statistics show that 1.3 millions New Jerseyans are diagnosed with a mental health condition. 295,000 are currently divorced, many without a community to walk with. Over half of all Americans will experience loss of someone close to them in a three year period. For HOPE itself as a community, we have long-time members who need companionship and support in ways they never have before.
HOPE Cares is volunteer-led, pastor-supported, and referral informed. It is not a replacement for professional counseling or licensed therapy. HOPE Cares seeks to be a bridge for individuals experiencing isolation or difficulty connecting in community due to a variety of life circumstances. At HOPE, we believe no one should have to walk the most difficult seasons of life alone. If you are seeking a first step of support for yourself or a loved on, HOPE Cares is a safe place to land.
