Why Serve?

That’s okay. Most of our teams serve on a simple, predictable schedule that works for you. You’re not signing up for everything, just a rhythm that fits your life.
We get it. That’s not what we want for you.
At HOPE, we believe serving should be life-giving, not draining. We will help you find a role that fits you, not force you into something that doesn’t. You can always take a step back, switch teams, or adjust your schedule.
Not at all. You’ll be trained and supported every step of the way. All we ask is a willingness to show up and learn.
You don’t have to figure that out on your own. We’ll help you explore a few options and start somewhere simple. You can try a team, see how it feels, and go from there.

No. Many teams serve on a rotation, so you’re not there every Sunday. We want serving to be sustainable for you.
